U.S. law requires all Bourbon be aged in new, charred oak barrels. American White Oak adds a familiar smoky aromatic quality that accentuates tasting notes of caramel, toffee, and vanilla.

Char’d wood chip smoker fuels are crafted from US-sourced natural hardwoods and have been optimized to fit the Char’d smoke infuser. It is recommended that only Char’d wood chip smoker fuels are used in order to achieve the ideal results with your smoker.

Wood chip smoker fuel can be purchased in the same screw-top 2oz* tins that come in the gift kits, or 2oz* bags to refill the tins.
